WHY ME?

ABOUT
Productivity Coach For Students
One of the worst feelings is having a goal and falling short, knowing that if you just put in a little more time and effort, it could’ve been accomplished. This was something I struggled with for a long time. I couldn’t manage my time effectively, I couldn’t maintain motivation, and I lacked discipline to actually achieve what I set out for myself. It got to the point where I became comfortable with coming up short. I knew I had to escape these bad habits and start to actually execute the plans I wrote myself. Going into college, my goal was to get at least a 3.5 GPa. After adopting the R.P.I.R. framework, working 30 hours a week, taking 17 credit hours a semester, conducting research, developing an app, countless hours of volunteering, sleepless nights, and publishing two books without sacrificing too much of my social life, I achieved beyond my goal of a 3.5 in around 4 years.
I was finally starting to become the person I wanted to be, but that wouldn’t have been possible without the framework I used that limited my impulsive decisions and drastically increased my motivation and willpower. After working as an ABA behavioral technician helping neuro-divergent adolescents and doing years of attitude-persuasion and productivity research, I developed a framework that could help anyone who wants to achieve their goals but just isn’t sure where to start. Now I want to make it my mission to help other students and show them that even with ADHD, they really can do whatever they put their minds to.
